Nicola Cochran is a highly experienced Wills & Probate Solicitor, known for her supportive and professional approach to helping clients plan for the future and manage complex estate matters. With over two decades of legal experience, Nicola combines deep technical expertise with a calm, client-focused style that makes often difficult conversations easier.
After qualifying as a solicitor in 2005, Nicola spent many years leading private client departments, including as a Partner at a Regional Legal 500 firm in the Thames Valley, where she managed teams across four offices. Her work has spanned everything from simple will drafting to high-value estates, inheritance tax planning, and probate cases.
Nicola holds an LLB (Hons) and a Master of Business Administration (MBA), giving her a unique perspective that blends legal knowledge with strategic insight. She is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (TEP), the Association of Lifetime lawyers , and the Law Society’s Probate Section, and has passed the ACTAPS exams for trusts and probate.
